- The enterprise must be led, owned, or managed by a woman in the Northern Province of Sri Lanka (Including all 5 Districts: Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Vavuniya, Mullaitivu, and Mannar).

Eligibility Criteria
We are seeking to recruit the best entrepreneurial talent, with a special focus on women-owned small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that drive innovation and economic growth in Sri Lanka's Northern Province.

Must have formal registration
3-5 Years of business operation
Average Monthly income level between 75,000 - 100,000 LKR
No of Employees 0-5
Medium Enterprise
Must have formal registration
More than 5 Years of business operation
Average Monthly income level 100,000 LKR or above
No of Employees more than 5
Innovative Aspect: Priority will be given to SMEs with an innovative, scalable model that can expand beyond local markets and into exports.
Social and Environmental Impact: The enterprise must be able to demonstrate a measurable positive impact on society or the environment through its product or service.
Preference: Entrepreneurs with disabilities and SMEs that promote inclusion by providing job opportunities for persons with disabilities and marginalized groups.
