During the 16th Training Sessions of the EDTP

The 16th EDTP training sessions on “Planning, Forecasting, & Financing” for women entrepreneurs in the Northern Province, under our Empower Pengal program, was successfully concluded in all districts of the North on month of December, 2025.

🔹 Key Objectives of the Training Session:
✔ Cash Flow Statement – Understanding Cash Flow Statement Basics and Future Cash Flow Forecasting
✔ Working Capital Requirements – Working Capital
✔ Capital Adequacy Assessment – Capital Structure, Debt vs Equity Difference, and Calculating Capital Needs
✔ Financial Statement Analysis – Assessing Business Status through Financial Statements, Financial Ratios, and Vertical & Horizontal Analysis
✔ Pricing Strategies – Importance of Pricing

This initiative is being implemented by WUSC Sri Lanka in partnership with the Lanka Impact Investing Network - LIIN, with powered by the Global Affairs Canada (GAC).
