EDTP Trainining Sessions XV

During the 15th Training Sessions of the EDTP

Continuing efforts under the Empower Pengal initiative, the 15th EDTP training sessions took place successfully in all districts of the Northern Province on month of November, 2025, strengthening women entrepreneurs through hands-on training in sales strategies and human resource planning.

🔹 Key Features:
1. Participants learned to create a sales plan with forecasting, sales channels, advertising, and customer engagement.
2. A basic HR plan includes staffing, cost planning, training, motivation, and performance monitoring.
3. Using a template, entrepreneurs developed the ability to create sales and HR plans tailored to their business.

In this training, entrepreneurs were also given personal coaching to complete sales and HR plans using real examples based on their business.

This initiative is being implemented by WUSC Sri Lanka in partnership with the Lanka Impact Investing Network - LIIN, with powered by the Global Affairs Canada (GAC).
