During the 13th Training Sessions of the EDTP

As part of the Empower Pengal program, the 13th EDTP training sessions were held in all the districts of the Northrn Province on month of November, 2025, further strengthening the capacities of women entrepreneurs.

✅ Importance of Business WhatsApp app for small business owners
✅ Business Profile Setup - Name, Category, Address, Description, Hours, and Email/ Website
✅ Setting up automated messages - Greetings, Out-of-town messages, and quick replies
✅ Categorizing customers by labels (New Customer, Pending Payment, Completed Order, etc.)
✅ Product List Creation - Name, Price, Image, and Description
✅ Sharing lists on social media (Facebook, Instagram)
✅ Customer Relationship Management - Managing customer list and information
✅ Advertising & Marketing - Status Updates, QR Codes, WhatsApp Web, and Message Analytics
✅ Security & Professional Etiquette - Customer Data Protection and Professional Conduct
✅ Practical Activities - Profile Setup, Message Settings, Product Addition, Label & Status Creation

The aim of this training sessions are to develop digital skills and business development knowledge for women entrepreneurs in the Northern Province.
