During the 11th Training Sessions of EDTP

The 11th EDTP sessions under our Empower Pengal program was held in all the districts of the Northern Province on month of September, 2025, with the purpose of guiding women entrepreneurs to preapare the tailored business plan for their businesses.

🎯 Key features of the training:
✅ Registration, welcome, and pre-training summary
✅ Discussion and game activities – Introducing the production plan through “Envelope Making Game”
✅ Identification of production processes and its benefits
✅ Working as a team, develop a production plan and action plan for their business
✅ Discussion on the marketing plan and production plan
✅ Evaluation, next steps, and closing remarks

This initiative is led by Lanka Impact Investing Network - LIIN together with WUSC Sri Lanka, and is powered by the Government of Canada’s Global Affairs Canada (GAC).

This training builds the foundation for production planning skills, sustainability, and business growth for women entrepreneurs in the Northern Province.
